Eight people died when a bus crashed with a truck on Friday morning in central China's Henan Province, local authorities said.
A company bus carrying 18 passengers struck a cement-clinker truck at 7 a.m., killing two people at the scene, at a crossing in Yuzhou City. The hot cement clinker enveloped the bus and burned the other passengers, said an official with the Yuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.
Six people died in the hospital, the official said.
