A cadre delegation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) left Beijing on Monday afternoon for a visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), at the invitation of the International Affairs Department of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The six-member delegation is led by Vice President of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee Li Jingtian. He is also director of the Party History Research Center of the CPC Central Committee.
