Indonesian Vice President Jusuf Kalla met with Wang Yang, member of the political bureau of central committee of Communist Party of China (CPC), in Jakarta on Friday.
During their meeting, they discussed trade and investment of Indonesia and China's Guangdong Province, the vice president told a press conference after the meeting.
Wang is also the party chief of China's Guangdong Province.
Accompanying Wang were 400 Chinese businessmen from 1,000 delegates to attend the China-Indonesia Trade Seminar in 2008 in Jakarta.
On Thursday, Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono asked Trade Minister Mari Elka Pangestu to double the trade volume with Guangdong Province to 10 billion U.S. dollars in three years. Source:Xinhua
