A delegation of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, China's top political advisory body, left here Sunday afternoon for good-will visits to Finland, Spain and Portugal.
The delegation, invited by the Finnish parliament, the Spanish senate and the Portuguese parliament, is led by CPPCC National Committee Vice Chairman Wang Gang.
