China becomes a permanent member of the International Standard Organization (ISO), 30 years after it joined the ISO in 1978,
The breakthrough was made after the organization decided to expand its number of permanent members at the 31th ISO General Assembly in Dubai, said the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China (SAC) in Beijing on Friday.
