Chinese State Councilor Liu Yandong will visit Russia from Oct. 25 to 30 at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov, China's Foreign Ministry announced in Beijing Tuesday.
During the visit, Liu will attend the ninth session of a China-Russia committee on humanitarian cooperation, according to a press release from the ministry.
