Chinese premier, Russian PM hold talks in Moscow |

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin held talks in Moscow Tuesday at the 13th regular meeting of Chinese and Russian prime ministers.
The regular meeting mechanism consists of three branches that cover the prime ministers' meeting, cultural cooperation and energy resources negotiations.
