Zhou Yongkang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, returned to Beijing Monday evening from his good-will visits to Vietnam, Indonesia and Australia since Oct. 28.
During the visit to Vietnam, Zhou also attended a seminar which was the fourth theory study jointly held by the CPC and the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).
