Abel Nathaniel Stronge, speaker of Parliament of the Republic of Sierra Leone, will pay an official and good-will visit to China from Dec.16 to 22 at the invitation of Wu Bangguo, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress(NPC), according to a press release from the NPC on Thursday.
