Philippine president: Chinese community makes great contribution

Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (C,front) waves on Manila, the Philippines, April 3, 2009. The president attended the congress of the Federation of the Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII) and delivered a speech. She said that Chinese community in the Philippines has made great contribution to local economic and social development.
