Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing sent a message to Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov on the terror attack that hit the Republic of Ingushetia of the Russian Federation on June 21, 2004, strongly condemning the terror attack and expressing profound condolences for the victims of the attack and deep sympathy for the wounded and the families of the deceased.

Li Zhaoxing indicated that the Chinese government would resolutely support actions of the Russian government to combat terrorism and stands ready to make unremitting efforts together with the international community, including the Russian Federation, to safeguard world peace and stability.
