Liu Qi, member of the Political Bureau of the Communalist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and secretary of the Beijing municipal committee of the CPC, left Beijing on Saturday morning for visits to Cambodia, the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Liu, leading a delegation of the CPC, makes the goodwill visit as guest of the Cambodian People's Party and the Funcinpec Party of Cambodia, the Lakas-Kampi Christian Muslim Democrats of the Philippines, the United Malays National Organization of Malaysia and the Democratic Party of Indonesia.
