China's Minister of Agriculture Sun Zhengcai, as the special envoy of the Chinese government, will attend the inauguration of Ecuadorian president-elect on Aug. 10, at the invitation of Ecuadorian government.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang made the announcement in Beijing on Friday.
