Blair and Jet Li promote solar-powered-LED lighting in SW China


Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair (4th R front row) and Chinese actor Jet Li (1st R front row) hold a solar panel at Baigongzhai Village in Guiyang, capital of southwest China's Guizhou Province, Aug. 22, 2009.
