Chinese state councilor to visit Britain, France

Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo will pay a visit to Britain and France from Oct. 16 to 21 at the invitation of the two governments.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Ma Zhaoxu Made the announcement here Wednesday.
