Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Dejiang left here on Monday for an official visit to Ukraine, Albania and Estonia.
He is visiting the above three nations at the invitation of Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister Hryhoriy Nemyrya , Albanian Deputy Prime Minister Ilir Meta, and Estonian Prime Minister Andrus Ansip.
