The Declaration of Sharm el-Sheikh and Sharm el-Sheikh Action Plan were adopted in the Fourth Ministerial Conference of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum (FOCAC) here Monday, defining new programs of cooperation between two sides in the next three years.
