Nepalese Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal left east China's Shanghai Municipality on Thursday afternoon, concluding his six-day official China visit.
Nepalese people regard China as a respectable country and the Chinese people trustworthy friends, said Nepal in his meeting with Mayor of Shanghai Han Zheng.
He told Han that the establishment of a comprehensive partnership of cooperation is the biggest achievement of his China visit, which is also his first one since he became prime minister of the Himalayan nation in May this year.
Nepal invited Chinese companies to invest in Nepal in such areas as water resources, tourism, infrastructure construction and agriculture and farming.
Prior to the meeting, Nepal visited the site of the upcoming 2010 World Expo and the pavilion of Nepal that is under construction. He said the expo site is like a new city and reveals the imagination and creation of all the countries.
He hoped the expo would be a chance to promote the relationship between China and Nepal and will bring more benefits for the two peoples.
Before the Shanghai tour, Nepal also visited Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, Xi'an of northwest China's Shaanxi Province and Beijing.
