Xu Qiliang, commander of the Air Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) and member of China's Central Military Commission, left Friday for official goodwill visits to Germany and Britain.
Xu is visiting at the invitation of Inspector General of the Air Force of Germany Aarne Kreuzinger-Janik and British Chief of the Air Staff Stephen Dalton, according to a news release from the PLA Air Force.
