Li Jianguo, vice chairman and secretary-general of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, met here Wednesday with a delegation of Japanese law-makers of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).
The group was headed by Tsutomu Takebe, a member of the House of Representatives and former LDP secretary general.
