Chinese leaders congratulate Vietnamese leaders on National Day

China's top leaders have congratulated Vietnam on the celebration of its 65th National Day.
General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Chinese President Hu Jintao, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Wu Bangguo and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao have respectively sent congratulatory messages to their Vietnamese counterparts.
The Vietnamese leaders include General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nong Duc Manh, President Nguyen Minh Triet, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Phu Trong and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.
The Vietnamese National Day is celebrated on Sept. 2.
