Thomas E. Donilon, U.S. deputy national security adviser and Lawrence Summers, U.S. director of the White House's National Economic Council will pay a visit to China from Sept. 5 to 8.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jiang Yu made the announcement here Thursday.
Jiang said Chinese and U.S. sides would exchange views in depth on China-U.S. relations and other major issues of common concern.
