China remained Mongolia's largest trading partner for nine years in a row in 2007, with the two-way trade accounted for 51.9 percent of Mongolia's total overseas trade.
Total trade between the two countries last year reached 2.077 billion U.S. dollars, up 43.24 percent from the previous year, the Mongolian State Statistics Bureau said Monday.
Mongolia's exports to China rose by 35.19 percent to 1.406 billion dollars, and its imports from China increased by 63.66 percent to reach 671 million dollars.
Mongolia mainly exports copper-molybdenum fine powder, combing wool and lambskin to China, and imports trucks from that country. Source:Xinhua
