Chinese shares closed more than one point lower in the morning session Friday.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index drop 80.67 points, or 1.85 percent, to close at 4,280.32 points in the morning session. Traded between the highest 4,341.30 points and the lowest 4,279.11points, with a turnover of 54.28 billion yuan (7.75 billion US. dollars).
The Shenzhen Component Index ended down 159.16 points, or 1.01 percent, to 15,536.96 points, and the total turnover was 26.16 billion yuan.
The Hushen 300 Index, which accounts for 60 percent of the market value in China's stock market and reflects the performance of China's Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges closed at 4,613.77 points, down 1.52 percent. Source:Xinhua
