Hong Kong stocks are closed on Friday and Monday, for Easter Day holidays. Trading on Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be resumed on Tuesday.
Hong Kong's benchmark Hang Seng Index ended 3.47 percent lower Thursday ahead of the four-day Easter holidays.
Traders said they expect the volatility to continue in the near term on the risk of a U.S. recession, but the benchmark index could rebound on bargain hunting next week as it fell 5 percent this week. Source: Xinhua
