The Hunan LL Raggie Investment Management Co. Ltd recently acquired 300 million yuan of venture capital from Deutsche Investitionen Einigungs -Gesellschaft (DIE). The two sides will establish a nationwide call center network covering 30 provinces, 300 cities and 1,800 counties.
"952116" will be open in Changsha city of Hunan Province first, and will cover all counties and cities in the province this year. Initial services will be those that are urgently needed, including screening the authenticity of drugs, vehicle fine payment, real-time traffic enquiries, dredging sewers, and flowers and food delivery. When the call center is completed, over 70,000 call service employees will be stationed throughout the country, of which 20 percent will be the disabled.
