COSL offers to acquire Norway's oil service company for 19.5 bln HKD |

China Oilfield Services Ltd. (COSL),a listed subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, announced Monday that it would offer to acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Norway's Awilco Offshore ASA for 130.4 Hong Kong dollars per share.
The deal would be worth of 19.5 billion Hong Kong dollars if the offer price was fully accepted by all the shareholders of the target company, said COSL.
