Figures released Wednesday by China’s Ministry of Commerce show that 22,736 foreign funded enterprises were set up over the first ten months of the year, down by 26.24% over the same period of last year.
The actual use of foreign investment reached nearly 81.1 billion USD, up by 35.06%.
