China shares edge up 0.36% in morning session

Chinese shares ended the morning trade 0.36 percent higher on Wednesday.

The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index, which covers both A and B shares, gained 6.82 points to 1,895.53. It opened 0.09 percent higher on Wall Street rally.

Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.62 percent to 6528.99 points in the morning.
