The first exhibition devoted to industries and aeronautical services (AEROEXPO 2007) will take place from October 24 to October 27 in the Moroccan city of Marrakech, with the participation of nearly 250 companies from 25 countries and various industrial sectors. This exhibition will provide an ideal opportunity of showcasing what Morocco can offer in aeronautical industry sector and strengthen its industrial fabric through increased involvement of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Morocco, according to Moroccan News Agency (MAP). It will also be an appropriate platform of exchanging experiences, knowledge and information between Moroccan aeronautical professionals and experts and their foreign counterparts.
This exhibition will also seek to underscore the great importance attached to the development of this high added value sector in Morocco. About 80 items will be put on display during this first edition, according to an in-depth program, which includes flight demonstrations as well as round table discussions and conferences between Moroccan and foreign professionals, focusing on the grand theme of "stakes in industries and aeronautical services in Morocco."
