Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has just appointed 22 deputy ministers of six ministries, local newspaper People reported Friday.
Under decisions signed Thursday by the prime minister, Nguyen Thanh Bien, Do Huu Hao, Bui Xuan Khu, Le Quang Duong, Chau Hue Cam, Le Danh Vinh and Nguyen Cam Tu were appointed new deputy ministers of the Commercial and Industrial Ministry.
Six news deputy ministers of the Ministry of Information and Communications are Le Nam Thang, Vo Duc Dam, Tran Duc Lai, Nguyen Thanh Hung, Nguyen Minh Hong and Do Quy Doan, and four new deputy ministers of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism comprise Tran Chien Thang, Le Tien Tho, Huynh Vinh Ai and Nguyen Trong Hy.
Three new deputy ministers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development include Nguyen Viet Thang, Luong Le Phuong and Vu Van Tam, new deputy health minister is Nguyen Ba Thuy, and new deputy minister of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs is Phung Ngoc Hung.
Early this month, the 12th National Assembly of Vietnam, the country's top legislature, re-elected Nguyen Tan Dung as prime minister and approved new cabinet members.
