Israeli forces entered northeast Gaza Strip early on Wednesday and arrested 10 residents there before withdrawal, witnesses and security sources said.
The witnesses said that Israeli undercover forces stormed a number of houses in the eastern outskirts of Jabaliya refugee camp, and detained 10 inhabitants there.
They added that the soldiers wanted the information from the detainees about the Palestinian resistance activity, especially the rocket attacks launched from the site against the nearby Israeli towns.
Meanwhile, the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC) claimed responsibility for launching a missile into southern Israeli town of Sderot.
In northern West Bank, the Israeli army vehicles rolled into Qalqilia town in an attempt to arrest a group of fighters affiliated with Hamas movement.
