The six parties to the talks on Korean Peninsula nuclear issue will seek a compromise solution so as to push the negotiation forward, deputy head of the Russian delegation Vrakhmanin said Saturday.

To solve the nuclear issue, all delegations still need to keep consultation with each other and keep contact with their respective government, Vrakhmanin said.

The energy assistance to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) is the topic of current discussion but the nuclear issue should be addressed first, he said.

He also revealed that so far all delegations have not received a draft joint document.
