A Palestinian militant killed by Israeli strike in Gaza |

A militant of Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in northern Gaza Strip was killed by a pre-dawn Israeli air strike on Saturday, al-Jazeera English TV channel reported.
Medics said that a member of Hamas' armed wing Hassan Naem, 20,was killed and some three others were wounded in the Israeli air strike in the town of Beit Hanoun in Gaza.
The Israeli army spokesman in Tel Aviv confirmed the strike and said that the attack aimed at a group of Gaza militants that had launched a rocket at Israel.
Israeli army has frequently conducted raids and air strikes in the Gaza Strip in recent months to try to stop militants from firing rockets into southern Israel.
