Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh returned here from Moscow Tuesday after a 36--hour whirlwind visit to the country.
During the visit, Singh met with Russian President Putin, and the two sides signed four agreements, including pacts on a joint unmanned lunar exploration program and the joint development of a multi-role transport aircraft.
However, the two countries failed to sign a pact on Russia building four more nuclear reactors in India due to the stalling of the India-U.S. nuclear deal.
