Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Saturday expressed his greeting to Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf on his re-election, voicing India's commitment to establishing good neighborly relations with Pakistan, according to the Press Trust of India.

"My government is committed to the establishment of good neighborly relations in all spheres between India and Pakistan," Singh said in his message to Musharraf, who took oath on Thursday for his second presidential term.

"We look forward to further enhancing our ties for the mutual benefit of our peoples and in the wider interest of peace, stability and welfare in our region," the Indian prime minister said on behalf of the government and people of India.
