EU initials pre-membership agreement with Bosnia-Herzegovina |

The European Union (EU) and Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) Tuesday afternoon initialed the Stabilization and Association Agreement, a pre-membership accord that will bring the country closer to joining the EU.
EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn and Bosnian Prime Minister Nikola Spiric, who resigned last month but remains in office awaiting a successor, were present at the ceremony.
