A charter aircraft flying from the Czech Republic crashed Sunday near Ukraine's capital of Kiev, killing all five people on board, an official said.
"All five people on board were killed, including two pilots and three passengers, all of them foreigners," Ukrainian emergency situations ministry spokesman Igor Krol said.
He said the plane came down at around 5:00 p.m. local time GMT 1500 as it was preparing to land at Zhulyany airport just outside Kiev.
