Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on Sunday presented a new team of cabinet ministers on his television show "Hello President."
Speaking at the opening ceremony of a training center in the northern city of Charallave, Chavez described the new cabinet as "a team of winners that will make progress."
Ramon Carrizales Rengifo, current housing minister, replaced Jorge Rodriguez as vice president, and 16 ministers remained in their posts.
Chavez named the new vice president and announced another 12 changes in the cabinet last Thursday, saying he would begin "reviewing, rectifying and reinvigorating" his policy.
The president lost in a referendum last month, failing to push through 69 constitutional changes, including the extension of the presidency. Source:Xinhua
