British Prime Minister Gordon Brown arrived in India unday afternoon to begin a two-day state visit to India.

During his visit, Brown is expected to meet his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh to discuss a series of issues such as climate change, education, terrorism and United Nations reforms.

Brown, accompanied by senior ministers and a large business delegation, is reported to give a speech at a breakfast session organized by the Indian business groups and to attend a business summit at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) on Monday.

The British prime minister arrived here from Beijing after his three-day visit to China.
