Explosion rocks Philippine apartment, killing 3 |

A powerful explosion on Monday ripped through a three-story apartment building in a coastal town of the central Cavite province, killing three people and wounding five others, police said.
According to local police, the blast occurred at around noon ina fishermen residential area. A row of houses nearby were affected.
The police said one woman died on the spot while two more bodies were found buried in the rubble.
The explosion was likely caused by a bomb or dynamite, but other angles are still being examined, said the police.
