South Korean government on Friday strongly condemned a terrorist attack that killed former Pakistani prime minister Benazir Bhutto and other peoples in Pakistan.

"The Government of the Republic of Korea is deeply shocked by the fact that Ms. Benazir Bhutto, former Prime Minister of Pakistan, was assassinated by a terrorist attack during a rally on December 27, and would like to express its deepest condolences to the victims who were killed in this tragic event and their bereaved families," the statement said.
