An explosion inside a house killed three people in northwestern Pakistan's Peshawar city on Wednesday, News Network International news agency reported.
NNI quoted a senior police officer Shahid Khan as saying that when the police arrived they found three dead bodies in the explosion in Peshawar, capital city of North West Frontier Province.
Another police officer, Muhammad Ejaz, said the three people were allegedly making explosives which exploded suddenly at Gulbahar locality of the city.
Local media reports said that the police were pondering possibility of explosives thrown from outside the house.
Police officer Ejaz said that a bomb also exploded at music CD shop in the same area early Wednesday morning. The blast damaged the outer wall of the shop but no one was injured.
City police chief Tanveer-ul-Haq Sipra said that the victims were not the would-be suicide bombers.
