The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Monday blasted the U.S. nuclear policy amid the stalled six-party talks.
The United States is proliferating nuclear weapons to the world and should be condemned, the official Rodong Sinmun newspaper said in a signed commentary.
Citing the U.S. deployment of nuclear weapons in South Korea, the article accused Washington of transferring nuclear technology to a number of countries.
The United States is not entitled to say anything about the "nuclear issue" of others, it added.
Washington blames the DPRK for the deadlocked talks which also involve South Korea, Russia, China and Japan, saying Pyongyang failed to give a full declaration of its nuclear programs and activities, as promised under an agreement reached in Beijing in February last year. It also warns the DPRK not to transfer nuclear technology to other countries.
