Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi here on Tuesday met with visiting Brunei Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah.

Also present was the minister-in-attendance Shaziman Abu Mansor, Malaysian Energy, Water and Communications Minister, Malaysian national news agency reported.

Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah arrived here on Monday evening for a two-day working visit. He was accompanied by 15 senior government officials.

On Tuesday evening, the sultan is scheduled to attend a banquet hosted by the Defense Ministry. Malaysian Supreme Head Mizan Zainal Abidin and his wife are due to attend the banquet as well.

On Wednesday, Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah is set to visit the Iskandar Camp in Mersing, southern Johor state, before flying backto Brunei from the Senai International Airport in Johor.
