Thailand's Deputy Prime Minister Sahat Banditkul will represent Thailand in the upcoming ASEAN Foreign Ministerial meeting in Singapore.

Sahat is scheduled to depart for the island state on Sunday to attend the meeting which lasts until July 24, according to local newspaper the Nation's website.

Sahat replaces Foreign Minister Noppadon Pattama, who has resigned after the Constitution Court ruled that the agreement he signed with Cambodia over Preah Vihear Temple was unconstitutional.
