A twin-seat plane crashed into a crossroad on a national highway in Yao, Osaka Prefecture, Tuesday morning, Kyodo News reported.

Aboard the aircraft were the pilot, who suffered minor injuries, and a 52-year-old photographer, who was taken to a hospital, police said, adding that no other casualties were caused around the crash site.
