Eight feared dead in twin blasts in E Pakistan

Two blasts were heard in eastern Pakistan's Punjab province on Thursday and eight people were feared dead, private TV channel Express News reported.

The blasts occurred in Wah Cantt, a city located approximately 50 km northwest of Islamabad, said the report.

One blast took place at the main gate of Pakistan Ordinance Factory on rush hour when a lot of workers gathered, according to Express News.

The other blast occurred on the main entry to the cantonment barriers in the city, said the report.
