The Spanish police force said Monday that they detained 22 drug traffickers and seized 2.28 tons of hashish in a recent operation against a drug trafficking organization.
Besides, 11 vehicles with three of them reported as stolen, two boats, a gun, and mobile communication materials were also seized in the operation, said the Spanish Civil Guard in a statement.
Without disclosing the date of the operation, the civil guard said the criminal organization was engaged in the smuggling and distribution of hashish from the north of Morocco to Europe.
