A South Korean fleet, consisting of a missile destroyer "Dae Jo Young" and a supply ship "Chunji," arrived Wednesday at Harumi Pier, Tokyo, for friendly military exchanges.
The KDX-2 Class "Dae Jo Young," which has a displacement of 4,400 tons, is one of South Korea's battle warship capable of operations in high seas.
During the four-day stay in Japan, the fleet, carrying some 620 crew members, will conduct a series of military exchange activities with Japan's Maritime Self-Defense Forces (MSDF), including a joint military drill, and visit the naval base at Yokosuka. Source:Xinhua
